Regional Mini Hydro Plants‐Italy. Rehabilitated. Individual capacity of 5 ­‐ 1 0 M W. Final design and supervision for rehabilitation of civil and electro­‐mechanical structures.

Storage structures are a key component of any MPP and for the majority of HPP, except for the run‐of river plants, ELC experience in in design and construction supervision of any type of dam is synthesized in:

ELC designed over 50 arch or Dome Dams, i.e.:

Inguri Dome Dam ­‐ Georgia. In operation. 272 m high, crest lenght 760 m., Dam 4 million m3 in volume. Gross capacity of reservoir 1,5 billion m3 Foundation treatment assessment.

Itzantun Dome Dam ­‐ Mexico. Planned. 241 m high, crest lenght 160 m . Dam 0,57 million m3 in volume. Gross capacity of reservoir 6,8 billion m3. Feasibility, technical assistance to CFE, contract design.

Dez Dome Dam ‐ Iran. In operation. 204 m high, crest lenght 240 m . Dam 0,47 million m3 in volume. Gross capacity of reservoir 3,4 billion m3. Preliminary and detailed design, technical assistance during construction.

Kurobe IV Dome Dam ‐ Japan. In operation. 186 m high, crest lenght 360 m. Dam 1,6 million m3 in volume. Gross capacity of reservoir 0,2 billion m3. Detailed design, technical assistance during construction.
