(a) Power Development. This branch is in charge of projects relevant to Electric Generation, Transmission and Distribution, Rehabilitation of existing plants and of T&D systems, Masterplans and Interstate Interconnections, Construction Management.

(b) Water Resources and Infrastructures. This team focuses all projects relevant to the development of hydric and agricultural resources, implementation of irrigation and drainage schemes, implementation ofu rban& rural infrastructures, construction mgmt.

(c) Natural Sciences and Environment. These experts take charge for the execution of basic studies (topography, geology, geotechnics, hydrology) and of the environmental assessment for projects of any nature.

(d) Power Sector Modernization & Private Sector Development. This Unit focuses the assistance to Public Institutions and Utilities, Private Investors and Lending Agencies for projects of priv atization, institutional strengthening and efficiency improvement.

ELC Total Quality: All Departments are fully integrated and supported by the EDP Center and by a Quality Control Unit, and by the appointment of a UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Manager to ensure respect of ELC’s Total Quality Procedures.

Work flow: For any new potential assignment, a Project Manager is identified among the most senior personnel and the work team defined.

The P.M. is fully responsible for the successful implementation of the task, with the assistance of the Technical Directors.

All Departments fully cooperate and interact with the key objective to achieve maximum efficacy, efficiency and long lastingness for Client’ s project.
