ELC Corporate Structure: ELC Milan organization accounts for 124 Experts between permanent and exclusive consultants. 79 % of these professionals have a M.Sc. degree and 6% with a Ph.D. and with an average service time in ELC of over 19 years. Full integration and knowledge transfer between Local and International Experts is the key of success within each assignment. Besides Milan HQ, additional Regional offices are located in Jakarta (Indonesia), Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), Nairobi (Kenya), Dar Es Salam (Tanzania), Lilongwe (Malawi), Erbil (Kurdistan), Rogun (Tajikistan), Kathmandu (Nepal) and Guri (Venezuela) with Local and International Permanent Senior Management with proactive service and field operations excellence.

In order to enhance organizational flexibility of the SBU’s, the Consultant can rely on additional 76 selected part time Associates with highly specialized skills in Power Generation, HVTL and Environmental & Social Power Projects Management. These Senior Experts respond fully to any project peculiarity where Consultant’s direction and review by internationally recognized experts provides outstanding, permanent value to the project. This provides innovation technology in swift response to Client’s need for highly specialized services.

The ELC SBU’s Organization Chart and the interactive workflow: Earth Science and Environment Power Generation, Hydraulics and Infrastructures, T&D Strategic Business Units are flexibly organised so to establish qualified and efficient work procedures and the deriving synergies so to meet the Project objectives. Effective intergroup communication ensures that International Senior experts and the entire ELC staff is consistently and coherently in full control of any organizational aspect or issue during each phase of the Project rollout

Effective Inter-Group decision making is conducted through the S.W.O.T. Analysis, by comparing each project alternative through the Strengths Vs. Weakness and Opportunities Vs. Threats methodology. S.W.O.T provides a clear matrix to consistently organize the steady flow of the Project tasks. The continuous review and prioritization of internal and external critical success factors (Strengths & Opportunities) ensures the reach of long term sustainability advantages. On the other hand, exclusion of any less desirable options or disadvantages (Weakness and Threats) prevent costly organizational issues.
